Using HouseGlow
Terms of service
These terms govern access to HouseGlow and its local business discovery tools.
Business responsibilities
Businesses must provide accurate, lawful, and current information, list only ZIP codes they genuinely serve, and respond to customers professionally. Misleading profiles or abusive activity may be removed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate inquiry information and independently evaluate providers, pricing, insurance, licensing, safety practices, and service terms before hiring.
Acceptable use
Users may not send spam, scrape personal data, interfere with the service, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, or use HouseGlow to facilitate fraud or harm.
