How information is used
Information is used to operate profiles, match service areas, route customer inquiries, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the service. Quote information is shared with the business selected by the customer.
Retention and account verification
Unverified accounts are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Other records are retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
Users may update account and business information from their dashboard. Account deletion is available in settings. Do not place sensitive financial, medical, or identity information in public profiles or quote messages.
