Data deletion request

Account holders can delete their account in settings. Other privacy and deletion requests may be submitted to HouseGlow.

How to request deletion

Use the contact page from the email address associated with the account and select a clear subject such as Data deletion request.

Verification

We may verify identity or authority before deleting information so another person cannot remove an account or business profile without permission.

Retention exceptions

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements.
