HouseGlow is preparing moderated reviews designed to help customers make informed choices.

Authentic experiences

Reviews must reflect a genuine interaction with the business. Incentivized, fabricated, retaliatory, or coordinated reviews are not permitted.

Moderation

Reviews may be held for moderation and removed when they contain threats, harassment, private information, spam, unlawful content, or claims that cannot be responsibly published.

Business responses

Businesses will be able to respond professionally. Responses must not reveal customer private information or attempt to intimidate reviewers.
